Epic Packing Tips for Your Next Trip

Packing can be a challenge for even the most seasoned traveler. With so many factors to consider, it’s easy to get overwhelmed when deciding what clothes, toiletries, electronics and other items are needed for your trip. This post will give you tons of packing tips that will help simplify things when preparing for your next adventure!

Tip 1:   Packing Cubes

Packing cubes are a great way to stay organized while you travel. They come in many different sizes and shapes, but the basic idea is that they help keep your clothes neat and tidy when traveling.

Tip 2:  Roll, don’t fold.

Rolling your clothes helps you fit more of them into a smaller space and provides easy access to the items on the bottom of your bag.

Tip 3:  Pack one outfit per day.

This is an easy way to stay organized while you travel, but also helps cut down on the amount of clothing you’ll need to pack. After all, if your trip is for a week or more it’s unlikely that everything will fit in one carry-on bag!

Tip 4: Pack versatile items with multiple uses. A great example of this are scarves and shawls – they can serve as warm weather coverups, fashionable accessories when traveling during colder months, and even double as pillow covers when camping under the stars.

Tip 5: Pack a few ziploc bags.

Ziploc bags are great for organizing electronics, toiletries and other small items while traveling. They also work really well in the case of packing liquids to meet carry-on bag weight requirements on some airlines!

Tip 6: Keep your chargers organized. There is nothing worse than being at the airport only to have forgotten your charger or having it die halfway through recharging all of your devices. Organize them together (and label them with masking tape) so that they’re always easy to find when you need them most!

Tip 7:  Bring plastic bags. They’re great for keeping dirty or wet clothing separate from clean items as well as helping keep liquids contained in case of any airport spills or issues with TSA.

Tip 8:  Pack your toiletries in a bag within a bag.

It’s important to be prepared for the worst when it comes to airport spills and security mishaps, so make sure all of your liquids are securely packaged in at least one Ziploc or other leak-proof bag inside an outer plastic carrier (Ziploc bags work well for this). Tip 9: Use reusable storage containers. Rather than bringing individual bottles for each type of liquid that you plan on carrying while traveling, use small watertight food containers instead. These can serve multiple purposes such as keeping makeup organized during travel and even helping store dirty clothes until laundry day!
